A Drama of Ancient Greece
The author of over forty plays, thirteen novels, five novellas and thirty short stories, two-time Tennessee Williams Literary Festival finalist, M. Lennon Perricone, has received five consecutive Perry Award nominations for his plays. Other accolades include being a finalist in Northern Kentucky University’s Yes Festival and a semi-finalist in the Northern Michigan University play writing competition. In 2012 “The Last White Family on Dorchester Road” received its third full production, this time in New York. 
    In addition, M. Lennon Perricone has had productions and staged readings at many of New Jersey’s theaters, including Somerset Valley, Villagers, Playhouse 22, Circle Players, Chatham, Edison Valley Playhouse, 12 Miles West, the Strand of Lakewood and The Eatontown Playhouse. He has also seen his works fully staged in Kansas City, Missouri and Flint Michigan.
    Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mike was raised in near poverty by his father in a single parent household. A chronic truant, he was placed in Lincoln Hall, a Catholic reformatory where he excelled, and upon leaving, began writing.He and his wife live quietly in suburban New Jersey.
